Yes, you can get a 10% discount on your total amount. You will get this fixed discount on every order you will make after your first order. You will receive an email with a discount code after your first order. So, on your second order onwards you will be able to avail of the 10% discount on the total amount.

Yes, you can make an exchange request by selecting an exchange option for a different size or color of the same product.

You can make changes to your order before payment. You can also cancel your order to make a new one.

Yes, the shipping charged will be applicable if the total amount of your order is less than 500. Else, we do offer free shipping on an order above 500.

No cancellation charges will be charged if canceling your order. We offer a full refund if the order is canceled.

  3. Click “Return” and select an item you would like to return
  4. Fill the required details and apply a return request

  4. Click an Option “Order Tracking” written under “Your Reference” in the footer
  5. Enter your Order Id and billing email address

  5. Enter your new password and confirm it

  2. Go to your cart
  3. Enter a coupon code if have and click “Apply Coupon”
  4. Click “Proceed to checkout”
  5. Enter your billing address
  6. Choose your payment method
  7. Either cash on delivery or pay with Paytm
  8. Select your shipping method
  9. Click to “Pay with Paytm”
  10. Complete your payment
  11. Your order is placed successfully

  2. Enter your username or email address
  3. Click “Reset Password”
  4. Go and check your email; you will receive a password reset request for POPWINGS
  5. Click “Click here to reset your password”
  6. Enter a new password and re-enter it for the confirmation
  7. Click “Save”
  8. A new password is reset now

Please do not worry if your order delivery is getting delayed as sometimes it happens from the backend. But we will offer a full refund if the parcel turns out missing.

You can place an order either by paying online or selecting cash on delivery method. We do accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, BHIM UPI, PayPal, etc.

You will receive your order within 3-5 business days. The delivery of an order depends on the customer’s location.
